  CHAIRMAN KELLY  brought  SB 22  (BOARD OF GAME QUALIFICATIONS) before        
 the committee.                                                                
                                                                               
  SENATOR BERT SHARP , prime sponsor of SB 22, explained that at the           
 suggestion of Senator Lincoln, a Resources committee substitute was           
 adopted which provides that the appointed members must have held a            
 resident hunting or trapping license during at least five of the              
 previous seven years preceding the appointment to the board.  The             
 original bill limits it to five continuous years preceding the                
 appointment.                                                                  
                                                                               
  SENATOR LEMAN  moved and asked unanimous consent SB 22 be approved           
 for calendaring.  Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
